GENCORE Breeder Services is a
100% WALDO stud located in central Iowa.
GENCORE offers WALDO meat line and maternal sires. WALDO Duroc,
WALDO White Duroc and WALDO HD semen is sold on a breed-specified basis.
Sire-specific semen can be requested from individual WALDO Landrace and
WALDO Yorkshire boars for the production of commercial replacement gilts.

GENCORE
provides pork producers in Iowa and surrounding states with quality boar
semen. GENCORE is a PRRS negative boar stud with blood testing conducted
monthly. All new arrivals are isolated at our off-site isolation for
sixty days and are blood tested before entering the stud. Delivery
as you like it! Choose from hand delivery (central and northeast Iowa) or
shipping by Spee-Dee Delivery, FedEx, Post-Office-to-Post-Office, UPS
Ground and UPS Next Day Air. GENCORE

Full-Service Swine Health and A.I. Whole Hog AI is a 150-boar artificial insemination laboratory providing semen to Waldo customers in the USA, located in northeastern Nebraska. It offers same day delivery to South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. It has been operating since 1995 and continues to grow. |

Dr.
Ron Brodersen of Hartington, Nebraska, closely monitors semen
quality and health of the boars. Bio-security is tightly
controlled. Source animals must be free of APP, PRV, PRRS,
Brucellosis, Rhinitis, Lice, Mange, and Swine Dysentery. New
arrivals are placed in isolation for a minimum of 60 days.
Isolation bio-security is strict and separate from the boar stud.
Further health screening is performed before boars are allowed
inside the main facility. Inside
the laboratory boars are blood tested monthly for PRRS, PRV, and
Brucellosis. Semen is tested weekly for PRRS using the PCR test.
Semen is also tested routinely for sperm quality by an outside
reference laboratory. |

Fresh Semen Collection and Distribution Sleezer Fertility Center — SFC — is a fresh semen collection and distribution operation in Northwest Iowa. We partner with Waldo to provide our clients with high quality boar semen. We are a family owned and operated business since 1997. |

SFC has delivery routes all over northern and western Iowa with new routes developing daily. Our goal is to have fresh semen delivered by morning six days per week to all of our clients. We require a 60-day isolation period at SFC. While in isolation, each animal is bled 3 times to make sure thy pass our strict health protocol. |

At Sleezer Fertility Center we employ the newest technology in order to bring our clients the freshest, most viable, high quality boar semen. After collection, semen is carried from the stud to the laboratory through the use of a pneumatic tube. The equipment in the lab is continually maintained in order to provide you with the highest quality semen. |
